# D3 Distinct — Davara Distinct V3

## The idea
Design from meaning outward. Every shape, hue, and millisecond traces to one sentence —
and light is *spent*, never scattered. The dark is potential; the one light is the signal.
Where Dash.org welcomes, D3 declares — this is the language for launches, stories, and
moments that must be felt.

## Tokens
- **Nocturne (night)** — graphite `#0F1114 / #15171B / #1C1F24`; body ink `#F4F6F9`;
  secondary near-bone `#DCE3EC` (never grey).
- **Meridian (day)** — stone `#CDD7D0 / #F4F8F5`; ink `#101915`. By day, ink speaks —
  electric hues are never text in daylight.
- **The electric family (art only)** — cyan `#22D3EE` · azure `#60A5FA` · violet `#A78BFF`.
  Never body text. Cyan is the signature.
- **The gold** `#E8C46B` — exactly one leverage point per screen. Spend it like treasury funds.

## The laws
- **The Contrast Law** — compute every text/surface pair (7:1 target, 4.5 floor). Grey
  secondary text is banned; hierarchy comes from size and weight, not from washing ink out.
- **Bigger-Bolder** — body 18px+, titles that can be read across a room. Bolder and bigger
  is a stronger memory.
- **Deep Focus** — one idea per viewport. The empty space between sections is the drumroll;
  the next section is the payoff.
- **The Statement Law** — no element ships without a voice. If a motion cannot say its
  lesson, delete the motion.

## Motion
Anticipation → action → settle. Layered eases, micro-overshoot, organic asymmetry — two
loops never spin in perfect sync. One charged element at a time, breathing with a soft
electric aura. Nothing linear. Nothing that reads as "a thing fading in."

## Use it when
- A launch, a manifesto, a product story — anywhere awe serves adoption.
- Night-first surfaces: dashboards for operators, live networks, cinematic reveals.
- The moment you need one number, one line, or one action to be *unforgettable*.

## Example application
A Dash Platform launch page: Nocturne ground; a single headline in bone-white; the release
version as the one gold element; a breathing cyan aura on the "Read the docs" action; each
feature arriving on its own viewport with a one-line statement. The reader leaves knowing
exactly three things — which was the plan.

## In the Dash spirit
The treasury does not scatter funds; D3 does not scatter light. **Deliberate allocation**
is the shared soul: every superblock funds what earns it, every glow marks what deserves it.

## The lesson to steal
Contrast is a moral position and attention is a budget. Spend both like they are real money
— because for the reader, they are.
